If you want to realise your own potential or even have ambitions to set new records at championships and international competitions, we recommend our personal training plans. The same applies here: SINK POSITIVE! You will receive sensible, motivating long-term training plans that will gently encourage you to realise your full potential. We have no sympathy for drills that constantly push you to your limits.
